Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at ApriLuxe Jewellery Collections. We take pride in the quality of our pieces and exclusive jewellery collections. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund policy below:
1. We offer refunds or exchanges on eligible items returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Earrings, Matching sets with earrings, customized items, and Sale items are non-refundable due to hygiene and personalisation reasons, unless faulty.
2. Return Process: To start a return, you can contact us at apriluxejewellerycollections@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [90 Fenlake Road, Bedford, MK42 0EU]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Faulty Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Refunds (if applicable):
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at [apriluxejewellerycollections@gmail.com.]. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs, but we will assist in tracking your parcel. If your item does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us.
